What We Do
Taylor provides one-on-one nutrition counseling sessions to clients in Missouri, Illinois, Rhode Island, and other select states. She has options for in-person visits for clients in the St. Louis area and Telehealth visits for clients living locally or elsewhere. Taylor loves working with:
→Athletes looking to improve performance, address fueling problems, or improve their relationship with food, body, and movement
→Individuals seeking support in their recovery from eating disorders or disordered eating
→Individuals who are fed up with dieting and want more peace with food and body
For all individuals and backgrounds, Taylor provides compassionate care through a lens of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size.
Initial Assessment
During this session, we’ll review your health history, explore your relationship with food and body, and formulate an initial plan to begin meeting your needs.
Follow-Up Sessions
Follow-up sessions allow us to celebrate victories and work through challenges. We will reflect on progress and adjust plans to help you care for yourself well.
Meal/Grocery Support
Need support with grocery shopping or facing a challenge meal? We can tackle it together!
Payment, Insurance, and Cancellations
Payment is due at the time of service and cash, check, credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards are accepted.
Strong Roots Nutrition, LLC is considered out-of-network with insurance plans and does not bill insurance companies directly. Instead, we can provide you a superbill upon request to submit to your insurance company after sessions to request reimbursement for out-of-network provider services. Here are some tips for finding out what your insurance company might be willing to reimburse.
We understand that quality, specialized healthcare is not always accessible, and we do not want finances to be a barrier to working together. We maintain a limited number of slots at a discounted rate for clients who cannot afford our full rates. Please contact us to inquire if there are any reduced fee session times available at this time.
Late cancellations sometimes keep other clients from receiving the care they need, so we kindly request 24-hours notice for session cancellations.
